Welcome
Chair RB opened the meeting and invited the representatives from debt charity Step Change to give a presentation.

Presentation from StepChange
Helen Handzel, Relationship Manager and Dan Woodhead, Business Development Manager from Step Change gave a presentation on the growth of the charity and the ways in which their team of debt experts help 635,000 people a year to deal with their debt problems.
