Chairperson RB opened the meeting
Minutes of last meeting
It was agreed that the minutes gave a true and accurate reflection of the last meeting of the group held on 11 September. PMc proposed the minutes for acceptance and MMc seconded.
Results of Survation Survey - attitudes towards gambling regulation in NI
Members received a presentation of a survey into attitudes towards gambling regulation in NI from Carl Shoben, Director of Strategic Communications at Survation. The survey, conducted on behalf of Clean Up Gambling can be viewed here.

Inquiry terms of reference
Members agreed to the inquiry terms of reference and timeline
Members agreed to circulate Survation Presentation document and explain the publication schedule for it
Members agreed to send Survation Presentation document to the Ministers of Health and Communities
Members agreed to send confirmed Terms of Reference to Health and Communities Officials
Members agreed to invite Social Policy Unit in Communities team to brief the APG on the results of the consultation
Members agreed to invite officials from DfC and DoH to subsequent APG meetings
Members agreed to email MB a list of organisations they wish to invite to give evidence to the APG

Members agreed to switch to a Wednesday afternoon but remain flexible should members ever need to meet on a Thursday instead.
