Philip McGuigan MLA welcomed members to the meeting.

4.      Introductory remarks

The Chairperson opened by recapping the tenth oral evidence session on the APG’s inquiry. Members heard from Dr James Noyes from the Social Market Foundation and Professor Heather Wardle from the University of Glasgow. They spoke about the relationship between gambling and advertising.
